MY ORDER

On the "My cart” page, enter your code in the “PROMO CODE” field. You must click “APPLY” for the code to be applied. The offer will be directly added to your cart. We remind you that our offers are only applicable for one unique use per person, are subject to available stock, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Choose the products that you would like to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart" or "Buy". At this stage, you may either pursue your shopping or directly place the order. Once the products are in the shopping cart, follow the order process by clicking on the "Confirm" button.

It is possible that certain products are out of stock. If that is the case, we do all we can to restock them. In the meantime, you can find Caudalie products in selected health and beauty stores nationwide as well as in Caudalie Boutique SPAs.

When your order and payment have been confirmed, we’ll send you an initial confirmation email. If your order has been registered, you can find your order summary in the “My Orders” section of your account. If you do not receive this email, it’s possible that your order has not been registered. To check, contact us by email or by phoning the following number: 000 (0)2 38 02 38 81 (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm).

When your order is ready and has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a link where you can track it.

You can also go to the “My orders” section in your account and choose the relevant order to get a package tracking link.

Before confirming payment (at the order confirmation stage), you may modify or cancel your account by going back to the "Shopping bag". To guarantee you the fastest possible delivery, we do not enable cancellation or modification of your order once it has been finalised. However, once you have received the consignment, you may return your full or partcial order. See the section on our returns policy.

Verify that your code has been entered correctly, with no asterisk before the code and no spaces. You may enter the code in lower-case or upper-case letters. If your code still does not work, please contact our Customer Relations Service.

You can order an empty gift box after having confirmed your cart. There is a €2.90 charge for it.

Please note: the size of the empty gift box is 68.3cm wide, 19.3cm deep and 9.5cm high.
