An e-Gift Card purchased on caudalie.com can be used on caudalie.com and/or in Caudalie Boutique SPAs in the same country they were purchased (excluding Vinothérapie Spas).
An e-Gift Card purchased in boutiques in France can be used on caudalie.com and/or in Caudalie Boutique SPAs in France (excluding Vinothérapie Spas).
An e-Gift Card purchased in boutiques in Europe (excluding France) can only be used in Caudalie Boutique Spas in the same country (excluding Vinothérapie Spas).
The e-Gift Card can only be used in the currency of the country where it was purchased.
The e-Gift Card can be used for purchasing products (except all types of Gift Cards) or a Caudalie SPA treatment (excluding Vinothérapie SPAs).
On caudalie.com: enter the e-Gift Card number at checkout.
In Caudalie Boutique SPAs (excluding Vinothérapie Spas): when paying, display your e-Gift Card printed out or on your smartphone.
An e-Gift Card can be used to make several payments. However, several e-Gift Cards cannot be combined for the same order.
The e-Gift Card is valid for one (1) year from the date it was issued by email.
Except for when exercising the right of retraction (Article L. 221–18 of the French Consumer Code), the e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded, in particular in the event of loss, theft or expiry of its validity period.
Any purchase made in whole or in part with an e-Gift Card and subject to return will be refunded to the original payment method(s).
Points are not earned with the MYCAUDALIE loyalty programme when purchasing an e-Gift Card.
