Regardless of the Treatment booked, you can choose the type of treatment that suits you with your Vinotherapist, provided that the duration is the same as that of the treatment booked. It is only possible to swap your Treatment for a Body Scrub if a shower room is available.
As part of our cancellation policy, treatments can be cancelled or postponed no later than 48 hours before your appointment date. After this time, you will be charged for the total amount of the treatments. To change your booking, phone or email the Boutique Spa where you made the booking. The Add-on Treatments are express treatments (30 minutes), targeted to personalise your experience even more to complement your Treatment or maximise its results.
The Add-on Treatments cannot be booked on their own.
We cannot extend how long your Spa Treatment is valid for (valid for 1 year from the date of purchase), but you can use it in one go to treat yourself to Caudalie products at caudalie.com or in a Caudalie Boutique Spa.
Our facilities do not (yet) allow us to do treatments for two people at the same time.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you time to enjoy a herbal tea and relax in our lounge area. If you arrive late, don't panic, it happens! However, the Vinotherapist may need to adapt the treatment protocol in order to fit in with the initially planned end time.
Points are credited on the day the treatment is performed, not at the time of booking or purchasing the Spa Gift Card. Whether you book your treatment online or use an e-Gift Card to purchase Caudalie products, the points will be added to the account of the person receiving the treatment or making the purchase with the Gift Card.
No, your Spa Treatment must be purchased on the French website to book a Spa Treatment in France.
