Return policy

1 - Can I return or cancel a purchase made in a pharmacy or hygiene and beauty department?

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a Caudalie-approved stockist. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

2 - Is it possible to be reimbursed?

Don’t worry, if all or part of the order is not what you wanted, you have a 14-day cancellation period following receipt of the products. Returns are applicable for products received in a good condition. Products must be presented in their original packaging without having been used, along with the gifts sent with the order, if applicable. Refunds will be made on the products and initial delivery charge to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs incurred for product returns will not be refunded.

3 - How long do refunds take?

Refunds will be made an average of 10 days following receipt of your package.

4 - How long is the withdrawal period?

You have 14 days to indicate your withdrawal of an order. You then have 14 days to send the consignment back to us. As soon as we receive the package, you will be reimbursed within 14 days maximum.

5 - How do I make a return?

You may return products ordered on www.caudalie.com within fourteen days after delivery. The returned product must be unopened, in its package, and therefore in a resellable condition.
1. Log in to “My Account”.
2. Go to the “My orders” section.
3. Click on the order you wish to return, then the “Make a return” button.
4. Complete the requested information: product being returned, reason for return.
5. Download and print the returns form and place it in your package for return.
6. Send your package to the following address:
