Your consignment is prepared in the 48 hours following your order.
Royal Mail is not a timed service, it’s offering is 24 and 48 hours.
Of course, you may receive the consignment at your place of work. You may select a different delivery address by clicking on "Add another address" at the delivery option stage of your order.
If the customer is not at home, the customer will receive a card from the driver through their letterbox stating that delivery was attempted. On that card, will be an address for the closest post office to collect the goods and a contact number for the local post office.
The post office will keep the goods for circa 2 weeks before it is returned to the warehouse.
There will always be a local post office for the recipient.
To guarantee you the fastest possible delivery, we do not enable cancellation or modification of your order once it has been finalised. If the consignment is sent to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will send the consignment to the new address that you will have indicated to us.
