Your package is prepared within 24 hours* of your order being placed.

Charges for home delivery and collection at pick-up points are free when you spend £25 or more.

If you have collected over 300 points in the last 12 months as part of our MYCAUDALIE loyalty programme, you'll be awarded VIP status, which enables you to enjoy free delivery for any order over £15. See the section on the MYCAUDALIE loyalty programme.

Unfortunately it is not possible to choose delivery time slots.

Yes, you can have your order delivered to your workplace. You can choose a new delivery address by clicking “Add another address” when you choose your delivery address when placing your order.

The delivery company will send you an email 24 hours before your package is delivered. It will be left in your letterbox where possible.

If you are not home, it will be delivered to a post office or the nearest pick-up point. You have 10 working days* to collect it. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

If you have not picked up your package within 5 days, an reminder email and text message will be sent to you. After 10 days* your package will be returned to us.

You can have your order delivered to your home by choosing your postal address, or to your workplace.

In order to provide the shortest possible delivery timeframes, you cannot change your delivery address after your order has been completed. If the package has been sent to the wrong address it will be returned to us. As soon as we have received it, we will re-send your order to your requested address.
