1 - What is MY CAUDALIE?

To reward you for your loyalty, Caudalie created the MY CAUDALIE programme in May 2013. This exclusive programme, available solely on the Internet, allows you to receive free products, access tailor-made beauty advice and be the first to enjoy promotional offers!

2 - How can I sign up for the MY CAUDALIE programme?

You register on the www.caudalie.com website in the “My Account” section. All you need to do is create your personal account and enter your details by clicking here. You can also create your account directly in Caudalie Boutique Spas.

3 - What can I use my MY CAUDALIE points for?

Joining the MY CAUDALIE programme is free and rewards you for your loyalty. Your MY CAUDALIE points allow you to win gifts. From 100 points, you have access to the first level of gifts.

4 - How do I earn MY CAUDALIE points?

With your purchases:
If you buy products or Spa treatment vouchers on the caudalie.com website or in Caudalie Boutique Spas, points will automatically be awarded to you for each purchase, on all products.
If you buy products in our authorised sales outlets, all facial products that come in a box (excluding gift sets) can earn points. You just need to enter the unique 10 or 11 character code you will find inside the box.
For your birthday:
As a MY CAUDALIE member and if you fill in your date of birth, we will give you 30 points on your birthday.
By doing your beauty profile:
By filling in your beauty profile, you can earn 20 points. (Valid only the first time you complete the diagnosis)

5 - How can I register my MY CAUDALIE codes?

To register your codes, simply go to the Caudalie website in the "My Account / Earn Points” section and enter the unique 10 or 11 character code present inside the facial product packaging (excluding gift sets). When you make a purchase in our e-shop or Caudalie Boutique Spas, all products earn you points which are automatically credited to your account. 

6 - How many points will I earn per product?

The number of points awarded per product is indicated on the website in the product description page of each product. The number of points depends on the value of the product.
"Spa face or body treatments in the Caudalie Boutique Spas earn the following points.
1 30-minute treatment = 20 points
1 50-minute treatment = 40 points
1 half-day ritual = 120 points
1 full day cure = 200 points"

7 - How can I receive my gift?

Four options are available: 1. Add your loyalty gift to your next online order and have it sent to your home with your other purchases. 2. Add your gift to your online basket and a delivery charge will be applied. 3. Collect your gift from your chosen sales outlet, by printing a gift voucher that will be sent to you by email. To obtain your gift voucher, you must first add the gift(s) of your choice to your online basket and confirm your address in order to select the outlet you would like to collect your gift from. Finally please confirm this free "order" to receive your gift voucher by email (Also available in your MYCAUDALIE account under “my orders and reservations” for one month.). 4. You can collect your gift at one of our Spa Boutiques by giving your contact details.

8 - Can my gift be delivered directly to my home?

Your gift can only be diSpatched to your home when you order on our e-boutique www.caudalie.com As a VIP member, you can have your gift delivered without a paid order. The delivery will then be within around 15 days.

9 - Do I have to print out the gift voucher to collect my gift from the point of sale?

To collect your gift from the sales outlet you have selected you must print the gift voucher which will be sent via email or will be available in your MY CAUDALIE account under the "My orders and reservations" tab for a month.

10 - How much time do I have to collect my gift?

You have a period of one month to collect your gift from the selected sales outlet (with effect from the date you placed the "free order" of your gift on the website).

11 - For how long will my points be available?

The points are valid for a period of 18 months. With each registered code, the validity of all your points is extended by 18 months.

12 - I’ve lost my password, what should I do?

If you cannot remember your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” in the “My Account” section. A new password will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.

13 - What are the different statuses of the Loyalty programme?

There are 3 different statuses in the Loyalty programme
Caudalie Insider:
Conditions: You have not made any purchases but subscribe to our newsletter.
Benefits: you receive exclusive product information and beauty tips.
MY CAUDALIE Member:
Conditions: You have made at least one purchase on caudalie.com or in Caudalie Boutique Spas or have entered a unique code on the Caudalie website following a purchase in an authorised sales outlet.
Benefits: you have access to the gift catalogue, you receive points for your birthday and have access to previews.
MY CAUDALIE VIP:
Conditions: You have accumulated at least 300 points over the last 12 months.
Benefits: In addition to your membership benefits, you benefit from free home delivery for any order on caudalie.com and are invited to exclusive events.

14 - I am a VIP member, what are the benefits of my status?

Congratulations, you are part of our MY CAUDALIE VIP community. This privileged status gives you access to previews, enables you to receive invitations to events near you and also benefit from free delivery for orders on our caudalie.com website.

15 - How can I upgrade to VIP status?

You become a VIP when you have accumulated 300 points over the last 12 months as of today.
This status is not permanent. You automatically lose this status if you have accumulated fewer than 300 points over the last 12 months.
This status is valid for one year. You keep your status when you accumulate 300 points over the last few months.
You return to the member status when you have accumulated fewer than 300 points in the last 12 months. You can consult your status at any time in your personal area.
