Valid for: 12 months from date of purchase.
The Spa Gift Card gives the freedom to choose between:
- A Treatment to enjoy in one of our Boutique Spas
- A Caudalie product purchased on Caudalie.com or in a Caudalie Boutique
However, unlike the e-Gift Card, the Spa Gift Card must be used in one go.

  • 1. Can I get a nice physical card to give as a gift?​

    For a premium service, please contact our Customer Service.
    They will be happy to confirm your order and arrange for an elegantly presented personalised gift card to be sent directly to the address of your choice.
    It’s the perfect special thought for giving a memorable gift!

  • 2. I have a gift card, how do I book a treatment?​

    Book your Treatment in just a few clicks on our website by going to the booking page, or by contacting the boutique of your choice by phone or email: All our boutiques.​ You will be asked for your gift card number when confirming your payment.

  • 3. When will the MYCAUDALIE points be credited to My Account?

    Points are credited on the day the Treatment is performed, not at the time of booking or purchasing the Spa Treatment voucher. Whether you book your Treatment online or use a Digital Gift Card to purchase Caudalie products, the points will be added to the account of the person receiving the Treatment or making the purchase with the Gift Card.

  • 4. How can I benefit from the loyalty discount?​

    When 3 Spa Gift Cards of the same amount are added to your cart, you automatically benefit from a discount: 10% off for 3 gift cards​ / 20% off for 6 gift cards​ / 25% off for 10 gift cards​

  • 5. Is the Spa Gift Card for a named person?

    There is no name on it, you can have one or more people benefit from it.
