Apply the Deep Cleansing Exfoliator to damp skin once to twice a week. Gently massage in circular movements, concentrating on the T-zone (nose, forehead, chin) and avoiding the eye contour. Rinse with warm water.

It says deep exfoliator but it is not that deep - very light
Light and no abrasive texture, however it does the scrub job very discretely
