My favourite for years
I simply love this lip balm and all my family too as they get it as gifts 😄 I must admit that I am officially addicted to caudalie aromas alone, and this balm too. It makes lips conditioned and soft, not greasy not sticky not runny, just soft and smooth.

Not very happy
I bought three of these (two for me and one for my sister), I was really looking forward to using them. But they get so stuck in the base, it’s a struggle to even use. Then when it does come out, it’s that hard that it take a little pressure to melt onto your lip, and that’s just before the balm pops back down into the base because it’s now decided that you don’t need to use it. All that effort for it to last 5 seconds and then nothing be on your lips. Myself and my sister are disappointed!
