Points are credited on the day the treatment is performed, not at the time of booking or purchasing the Spa Gift Card. Whether you book your treatment online or use an e-Gift Card to purchase Caudalie products, the points will be added to the account of the person receiving the treatment or making the purchase with the Gift Card.2. As part of our cancellation policy, treatments can be cancelled or postponed no later than 48 hours before your appointment date. After this time, you will be charged for the total amount of the treatments. To change your booking, phone or email the Boutique Spa where you made the booking. You can see all our Boutiques Spa here.5. What is the difference between a Spa Treatment and an Add-on Treatment?
The Add-on Treatments are express treatments (30 minutes), targeted to personalise your experience even more to complement your Treatment or maximise its results.
The Add-on Treatments cannot be booked on their own.

Re-hydrated and my skin was so smooth
such a good treatment and so needed! i could not stop touching my face it felt so smooth. the therapist was very good at knowing what my skin needed and tailored it to me which was perfect.

Amazing facial with Angelique
I had an amazing facial this morning with Angelique. She was amazing, very knowledgeable and I felt amazing after the treatment. I had the chance to go through the products she recommended (without any pressure to buy!). I had the treatment with the derma-roller so my skin was a little red after it. She put a nice bb cream and my skin is glowing so much :-) she taught me a few tricks too to make my skin look more radiant. I have booked a course of treatments, so this will not be a monthly regular occurrence, a treat to myself. I am truly impressed. Rosa
