1 - Online reservation – Boutique treatments: How does it work?

You may directly reserve your treatment here.
-Select the boutique of your choice.
-Select a treatment, a date and a time slot.
-Click on "confirm". You will be required to enter your personal information (via your account if you are already a client or member) and proceed to payment.

2 - What is the payment method?

When you reserve on line, we ask that you pay for your treatment. You therefore won't have to pay at the Boutique Spa.

3 - Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

You may modify or cancel your treatment at no additional charge, at least 48 hours before your appointment, by accessing your account under the "My orders and reservations" heading.
If you cancel or modify your appointment between 48 and 24 hours ahead of the arranged time, you will be debited an additional 50% of the price of the treatment. If you do not come to the appointment or if you cancel it the same day, you will be debited the full price of the treatment.
