Application tips

Leave a teabag of Draining Organic Herbal Tea to brew in a mug of boiled water for 5 minutes or 3 teabags in 1.5 litres of water. Drink hot or cold throughout the day.

For a full contouring programme, add some lemon juice or slices of orange to your herbal tea. It’s delicious to drink throughout day!
