To reward you for your loyalty, Caudalie created the myCAUDALIE program in May 2013. This exclusive program, available solely on the Internet, allows you to receive free products, access tailor-made beauty advice and be the first to enjoy promotional offers!

To register your codes, simply go to the “My Account” section and enter the individual 10- or 11-character code found inside the packaging of Premier Cru, Vine[Activ], Resveratrol [Lift], Vinexpert (not including Vinexpert Food Supplements), Vinosource, Vinoperfect, Premières Vendanges, Soleil Divin and Teint Divin skincare and Parfum Divin. When purchasing from our e-store, all of your products earn you points (except travel-size products, exclusive offers, gift sets and Lip Conditioner) and are automatically credited to your account.

8. How can I receive my gift?
You have three options:- You can add your gift to your next order from our e-store and receive it with your purchases at home.- You can collect your gift within a month from your chosen point of sale, presenting the printed gift voucher that will be sent to you by e-mail.- You can receive your gift at home by paying the delivery charges.

To collect your gift from your chosen point of sale, you must print out the gift voucher that will be sent to you by e-mail.
11. How much time do I have to collect my gift?
You have a one month period to collect your gift from the chosen point of sale.
12. For how long will my points be available?
With each code registered, the validity of all of your points is extended by 18 months.
13. I’ve lost my password, what should I do?
If you cannot remember your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” in the “My Account” section. A new password will be automatically sent to you by e-mail.
14. I have a question to which I cannot find an answer here. Who can I contact?
